All puns by punsmiths ~scoobly and ~BlueNinjaTiger.

Deep thanks to *JWiesner for shaking me out of my red-eye rut for Morgan, I reeeally like this queasy-rainbow iris for him, suits him infinitely better!

Those are pretty much all the notable peepers among the cast. The majority of my remaining characters have plain Jane brown eyes like mahself, as is only fair.

I really like the gentleman octopus, mostly because (this is hard to describe but I'm going to try anyway) the way the lines are drawn, you can almost feel a real sense of weight in the body; those tentacles look ponderous and I get the feeling that the cane is more than just for show here. It's a cute little doodle, yes, but there's a lot of realism going on there too and I love it.

I adore your gentlemanly octopus critter; he'd make a top-notch comic protagonist, I'd wager.

Poor Morgan looks like he's melting down into a puddle there. D: I actually feel for him, poor bugger. Does it hurt when he loses cohesion and form?

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEE COUPLE CUDDLES~ <3 Literally my favorite thing in the whole wide world. And Cornelius and Diana just look so gosh darn peaceful all snuggled up like that. X3 I do fear Cornelius is going to catapult her out of the chair the moment he drifts off completely.

good glory those are some gorgeous eyeballs. 8U I should do that for some of my characters sometime . . .

Those snuggles toward the end are simply killing me. Also Morgan's new eyes are perfect! They are murky but they also pop/grab your attention. Monster Brogan's eyes kind of remind me of Sauron oops

Yet another amazing sketchdump! :la:

First off, I adore the three sketches of your main pairings napping together near the bottom. Eric and Penny are probably my favorite, though. Penny probably loves snuggling up to him when he's Fluffers. I know I would. :giggle:

Doofenshmertz! <3 You capture the P+F style really well. =D

Also, I must mention that I really like the eyes you did from most of your characters at the bottom. All the colors are so vibrant, and they really manage to give a sense of the individual character's personalities, too.

Naw, it's his pet, if it makes him happy, it works. Lord knows the cat doesn't care one way or another. (: I'm purposely not thinking of other names for him, because then I would actually care. Anyway, I mostly call him Booger. Goober. Squirt. All manner of dignified terms of endearment. He hasn't protested yet.

On another note, family decided on a dog! Australian Labradoodle. Something like this: acadianlabradoodles.com/site/w… We're attempting to pick a name before they go get him on Tuesday. So jealous I won't be home until Thanksgivings! He looks softer and fluffier than should be allowed.

Eyeballs, eyeballs! What is Tara's favorite eyeball? (Apologies for not having any purple eyes in the cast. Maybe I should just randomly endow somebody with purple eyes. Like Cornelius. Bet he'd appreciate that.)

If you haven't already I would love if you published a book, or graphic novel.

Is there an ongoing plot that connects the characters? I know the library is one of the main focus but I'm still not sure of what they do there. :s sorry if this is a stupid question

Good question! If I were to write, I'd love to do what, for one example of out many, Terry Pratchett does with his books, with one world and many reoccurring characters who sometimes cross paths in each others' stories. There's not an epic master story all my characters would be involved in, rather I have these divisions I think of as story hubs that usually have a core character in the middle. (I've... just realized that that is an obtuse way of saying 'plots and protagonists', but those are maybe too strong of words for something as nebulous as my stories are now.) One of the two big hubs in the Network is the political one, dealing with us-and-them tensions (often racial) and centered arguably on Cornelius but enveloping most of the monsters, Diana, Penny, Thomas, and more. The other is the Library, and I'll be damned if I know what it's about!

As for what they do there, that's actually not a question I've been asked before. :)

First and foremost, they live there. It's home, and its power animates the Librarians, they cannot exist without it. Of course, it's a large building with a lot of upkeep and badly-needed renovations, and the Librarians don't mind some spending money, so they've opened their doors as the thing they are most equipped to be: a library, although there are a lot of special rules. It's not a public library, it's a private organization, and while all are warmly invited to visit, only paying members can borrow books. Because there's a decent likelihood of Library books being stolen by folks wanting to hack them or hawk them, not appreciating that the books are perfectly mundane outside the Library, and membership allows the Librarians to attempt to keep better track of who's borrowing. Also, a lot of the books are rare or really old, artifacts even, and not for casual handling. They've never charged academics or museums for borrowing books for research purposes, although many of these institutions have donated or encouraged donations to the Library, which is nice. They get some income from renting private study rooms on the upper floors. And despite not being a directly tax-funded library, the city of Altalamatox gifts them a great deal of cash because the Library puts their small, backwater region on the map in big way and brings visitors and newcomers aplenty. Probably the biggest earner for the Library is actually hosting events. Which they do sometimes on a nightly basis. It's just a very grand building, mysterious, and eclectic, and there's always a very slim but real chance that a mecha T-Rex will explode through a wall and decimate the banquet tables and there will be a fiery battle to the death, which is nice relief from a boring commerce meeting. They function a bit like universities will, hosting gatherings from speeches to festivals to small-scale theater.

The average day in the Library, however, looks mostly like visitors wandering the shelves or pouring over books at tables, while the Librarians themselves attend their various tasks, whether that's re-shelving books, tidying up, managing the catalog, balancing the books, wrangling the computer network, or keeping an eye on the behavior of the collection. Fiery battles to the death are actually pretty uncommon, to the sorrow of at least one Librarian.

Maybe that answers your question? (: Thanks for your interest!

Hey, sudden late night after work thought; Can the Librarians have babies?
Being to a degree Not Real/Real People, can they breed. Both giving birth and siring kids, either with each other or with Real People.
I read on one of your other works that Ben and Rebecca are not married, so people know about them, but what don't we know yet?
Again late night after work thought, that last question made no sense to the top one.
I'ma going to bed now.
